Julie's Table I have been receiving a lot of questions lately about how to make a 16-warp Kumihimo braid and how to add beads to it. Well, it took some trial and error, but I did figure out several ways to add beads to a 16-warp braid! On my table is a sample piece showing 3 different methods and I hope to tape a video illustrating these techniques tomorrow.
Megan's Table Can you believe that we're already thinking about the holidays here at Beadaholique? I've been working on several different beaded ornament ideas, and here is one that I was working on today. It's a variation on the brick stitch star that I created for the 4th of July, which is a great reminder to take new techniques and use them in fun ways that are new and different!
