A few weeks ago, Julie and I got to attend an awesome Vintaj workshop on Vintaj Patina Metal Effects. We spent the afternoon learning and playing along with Mackie Mullane from Vintaj, who led the class. We took a few photos, and we thought it might be fun to share our experience with you.

Mackie taught us all how to make five beautiful projects from
Vintaj components and embellished using
Vintaj Patinas. We had so much fun experimenting with the incredibly versatile patinas. The projects featured different ways of layering and applying the patinas, and really great ways of combining components into nice composed pieces.

Julie was in heaven with all of the natural metal tones and lovely green shades that lend themselves so well to the Vintaj style.

Of course, I had to put my spin on the color palettes - which meant more pink! I love how different our pieces look with just a change of colors.
